J.S. Co. is one of the 16 separate companies that became a part of the conglomerate, International Silversmiths/International Silver Co.
in Meriden, CT 1898-1983(defunct). Now owned by Lifetime Brands.
Barbour Sterling Company was another that became a part of International Silver Company in 1898.

After much research, I’ve narrowed the date to pre-1931, & I think they’re from about 1915, but nothing more concrete.
I will also include my paperwork from my research, if interested.
Sadly, I was unable to find the name to this pattern, but it is just stunning!
The etched intricate designs are amazing.
It was hard to get the lighting right in these pix to do these plates justice.
